Why do I see “Your password is unchanged” when inviting a new user?

When you see “Your password is unchanged”, it means that the user has already been set up with an account by another vendor who also has a Now Commerce portal. For this reason, Now Commerce does not provide you with a temporary password.
You can notify the user that they can sign in to your portal using their current password. If they don't know their current password, they can reset it by clicking the “Forgot Password” link at the bottom of your portal sign-in page.
Another option is to remove the user's access to your portal for the current email address and re-invite the user with a different email address.
