The ship address shown on an order form is the default ship address, if any, from the customer's record in QuickBooks.
If you click Change, you have the following ship address options for the order being entered:
Ship to the Billing Address to use the default billing address from the customer's record in QuickBooks.
Blank Ship Address to use a blank ship address.
Select a Ship Address to select from a list of ship addresses previously used on QuickBooks invoices for this customer, if any. QuickBooks gives us the default ship address from the customer's record, not the additional ship addresses. As long as the customer has at least one previous invoice containing the ship address needed, it will appear in the Select a Ship Address list.
Enter Ship Address to manually add a new ship address on a per-order basis. Changes made to the ship address here will only apply to the order being entered. No changes will be made to the ship address on the customer's record in QuickBooks. Once the order has been invoiced in QuickBooks and the web connector has been updated, the address will appear in the Select a Ship Address list.
